Extremely interesting. I worked for more than 30 years as a reporter and editor and whenever I covered any event, it always caused me to worry about not quoting accurately. At least I could usually count on a tape recorder or similar device, but that was sometimes less than perfect due to crowd noise. I often wonder how accurate reports of major speeches actually were.
