Ken,
Several years back,this subject was discussed extensively by, among others, Phil Laino (the author of the two editions of the Gettysburg Campaign Atlas), and Dave Shulz. The results of these discussions made their way into Phil's Second edition (and include a map). Do you have access to it? Let me know by PM . . .
