Hi Larry,

Boy are you right about that! Many New Yorkers are not going to take kindly to the 1863 Draft! The costliest & violent Draft in US History! The topic deserves it's own thread! ( but Larry won't mind if you use this for discussions on why this CW Draft ended so violently!?
