Kim is (need I say, once more) talking rot with his post-launch anti-Guam rhetoric. But a lot of what to expect depends on how he views the success of this latest act of outrage. How stable is the regime? How stable is the leader? How stable is Mr Trump? Is there a discernible barrier which must not be crossed by NK, and ultimately does the wall exist between NK and Japan, NK and SK, or any of the other host of nations within range?
