Need help identifying bolt
Posted on: 10/26/2013 1:07:06 PM
Please see below link for shared Google Drive folder containing pictures of what I believe to be a Whitworth rifle bolt. I believe it to have a model number of L-5, serial number 452901. The reason I’m posting this is because I’m hoping that someone might have any information about it: manufacturer, country of origin, date of manufacture. By the way this bolt is owned by the South Carolina Museum, and I’m asking these questions on their behalf. Thanks in advance for your help. Semper Fi
