How not to write a military history book

Gotta love these cretins that string Wikipedia articles together (that they did not create) and sell the resulting bastardization as a "book". And look at the price!

The Cruel Slaughter of Adolf Hitler

Points to consider:
Cruel Slaughter of Adolph Hitler is self-published (an ebook).
• it is an ebook.
• the same author (Karsten Friedrich) has also brought out another ebook called Islamic.

Points to ponder:
• though I'm not sure they are the same person, there was a Karsten Friedrich Hoppenstedt who was an MEP from 1989-2009. Born in Osnabrück (1937); a conservative German politician (member of the Christian Democratic Union).

None of this is a big deal, nor is the information hard to find. The point is that these two books may not be designed to be fraudulent, but could simply be an extension of his interests as a retired politician with pan-European concerns.

Different guy. Hoppenstedt is actually a veternary surgeon.

Karsten Friedrich is a name like Joe Bloggs - a pseudonym. Under this name seems to be a person or group publishing all kinds of rubbish such as that Angela Merkel is a STASI spy. There are all kinds of right wing paranoia junk from this so-called person. Fake books just a further step from fake news.

BW,

If Brian G. says this is not the way to write a history book, that's good enough for me!
