I called a few days ago, and was told that it should be coming out in early March. No explanation offered for the delay, but I suspect they are still working out the kinks of the transition from the previous publisher.

I think the magazine content has been steadily improving, and I look forward to receiving each issue.

My copy arrived today. Three articles stand out, including one about the impact of Stuart's absence, another regarding what was happening during the early hours of July 2, and a third about correspondence with Winfield Scott Hancock. I'll be reading them in that order.
