I am Phillip Thomas and the Genealogist for the Brig. Gen. Theadore Washingtin Brevard Camp in Palm Bay Florida. [Charter Pending] This entry is for Allen Priddy who is considering membership for the service of his Great Grandfather Miles Smith Moore. Miles was about 20 when he enlisted on 28 Feb. 1862 at Little Rock, Ark. in Co B Kings Regt Ark Inf. as a Pvt. This became known as the 22nd and then reorganized and became Co H 20th Regiment Ark. Infantry. He was elected to 1st Lieut. 13 May 1862 of Co H. On 4 Oct 1862 he is severely wounded in the legs and left on the battlefield at Corinth. Taken prisoner and exchanged. He served in 2nd Brigade, Bowen's Division, Dept. of Mississippi & East Louisiana. He was given a Certificate of disability at Washington Ark. on 3 Dec. 1863. DEO VINDICE
