Reading that, Larry, I was trying to imagine the rage felt by Hooker and other battlefield commanders who saw such articles, written by armchair warriors in newspaper offices.

Probably not much this year. My internet service is spotty at best and down frequently. Hard to browse newspapers . Maybe next year.

Larry, I'm enjoying this post speaks alot of the restless nature of 'armchair generals". Always look forward to your posts this time of year as the Gettysburg campaign was ramping up.
