Good to see a New England Yankee newspaper rivalling its North Carolina counterpart in disciplined and candid reporting.
Apart from the rather fanciful reckoning as to the numerical odds at the disposal of the South. And perhaps a trifle hard on the “ Flying Dutchmen” of the XI Corps.
