Terry Cadmus Parker enlisted in CSA on March 18,1862,atHaw Ridge near Greenville, AL. Served with Co I,33rd Alabama Regt. He was captured at Danville KY and exchanged. He then served till the end of the war. Resident of Troy, Pike Co. Ala. Was born 1 May 1842 in Russell Co. AL. Parents were Isreal and Catherine Parker. His wife was Euphemia Cornelia Whitman on 1 Nov 1964. Lived in Dale Co. 8 yrs then moved to Pike Co. AL. Then moved to Center in Shelby Co. TX. Stayed in TX one year and returned to Troy, AL. He had eleven children. He was a farmer but took up blacksmithing as profession in Troy. He died in 1910. Was a member of Beulah Baptist Church. Terry Cadmus and Euphemia are buried in Troy's Oakwood Cem. ....
