Was born in Eastport, Maine May 27, 1836, later served with the Seventy-Sixth United States Colored Infantry in Louisiana and was mustered out 1866. Moved to Michigan after the war where he was a physician for many years. He died October 09, 1924 at Lansing, Michigan
