Thomas J. Hudson - Corporal
This is my great grandfather. His daughter pretty much rased me. She was really my great aunt , but she never married and talked about her Dad alot. She said he was in the Inf. but they mounted them for couple of years ,and rode all over east TN . She told me he was in the siege of Knoxville ,and was in the force that marched on Atlanta Ga. She sure did honer him. I have visited his grave , because she use to get me to take her there when she was alive. I want to thank her for making me appreciate what a hard choice it must have been to fight against fellow TN brothers. He did have a brother in the CSA. He also had brother to die in Andersonville GA. Thanks Sir for your service.
