 At which location is the photo of the gravestone at the bottom of the post?

This stone is located in Graceland Cemetery, Cook County Chicago.

 Thanks Larry. I'm guessing the stone has been replaced a time or two. Otherwise, it has held its condition amazingly well. One doesn't see many old graves in Europe; the plots tend to last around 30 to 40 years and then are reused.
