Martin David Mandrell is my fourth great grandfather. Father of Cora Mandrell, who is the mother of Alta Marie Loyd (my great grandmother).

Martin enlisted as private in 110th IL Infantry, Co G, 19th Brigade under Capt. John F Day, 11 Sept 1862 at Camp Anna Jonesborough, IL. Mustered out June 8, 1865, Washington DC.

Martin passed away 16 Sept 1933 and is buried at Bruce Cemetery, Keenes, Wayne Co. IL.
