Mustered out with Regiment at Memphis, Tennessee on 10 August,1865. Had enlisted on 21 September, 1861 in Company C, 4th Regiment of Kentucky Cavalry, Listed as deserted 9 April,1862 near Nashville, Tennessee. June of 1869 enlisted in Company K, 13th U.S. Infantry for 5 years. Reenlisted 21 July,1874, & deserted in 1877. Subject was born in West Louisville, Ky., 13 July, 1842. Married Margaret Elizabeth Nale in Washington Co., Indiana on 21 May, 1879. Died in Salem, Indiana 11 March,1914, & was buried in the Veterans Section of Crown Hill Cemetery, Salem, Indiana, with a Government Stone. Find A Grave Memorial #43825814
