Per Muster-in and Descriptive Roll of Vet.: born in Cleveland Ohio, age 20 years, occupation Iron Worker. eyes blue, hair light, complexion light, height 5 ft. 7 in. Muster Rolls for May, June and Dec 16, 1864 report 'Missing in action near Ream's Station, Va. since June 29, 1864. ' 'Captured at Reams Station Va. June 29, 1864, confined at Richmond Va, July 1, 1864. Sent to Andersonville Prison July 16, 1864. Paroled at Savannah Ga.
