84th New York Infantry

BLACKWOOD, CLINTON R.—Age, 20 years. Enlisted, April 18,1861, at Brooklyn, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. E, May 23,1861; captured in action, August 28,1862, at Gainesville, Ya.; paroled, no date; discharged for disability, June 8, 1863, at Annapolis, Md. Any information especially a picture of Clinton would be dearly appreciated.
