Stephen Davis was killed in the fighting around the Battle Of Petersburg.

Thomas Davis was my grandmother's uncle. He was killed in the charge at Burnside's Bridge during the Battle of Antietam.

Third great uncle. Wounded at Antietam on 09-17-62. Died on 09-19-62. Probably storming Burnside's Bridge. Very proud of him and glad we rediscovered his history. We even found his gravestone in Easton, PA.

Thomas Miller was born in 1837 in what is now Monroe County, PA. He enlisted 3/29/1864 in Easton, PA and was discharged on sugeon''s certificate on May 15, 1865 (due to leg ulcers developed during marches). His legs continued to be a problem for him until his death in November 1918.

Resident of Martin's Creek, Northampton Co, PA all his life. Mustered in 29 Feb 1864, Easton, PA. Contracted acute rheumatism of the back and shoulders from exposure to a heavy rain at Annapolis, MD, when the soldiers camped down in the water. Mustered out 27 July 1865, Alexandria, VA. Received invalid pension due to chronic arthritis and died age 46 due to severe curvature of the spine.

Enlisted on 9/13/1861 as a Private. On 9/13/1861 he mustered into 'C' Co. PA 51st Infantry He was discharged for disability (date not stated). Died of wounds sustained from the Battle of Fredericksburg, 13 Dec 1862.

Died in Andersonville Prison 1864. Captured on 19 August 1864 at Battle of Weldon Railroad, same battle his Uncle Lewis Aikey was wounded. On 2/22/1864 he mustered into 'E' Co. PA 51st Infantry Federal Pension Information: His mother (Lavina Aikey) applied for a pension on 2/1/1890 from the state of PA application # 413,838

Enlisted as a Private on 8 September 1861. Transferred into the 8th US Infantry on 8 September 1862.

Enlisted as a Private on 22 February 1864. Mustered out with company on 27 July 1865 at Alexandria, VA.

This soldier was my gr. grandfathers 1st cousin. He had 2 brothers in army also from PA. George & Castor Seebold

After being mustered out of the 131st PA on May 23, 1863, he enlisted into Co. E of the 51st PA on February 22, 1864. He remained on duty until the regiment was mustered out.

My ggg uncle. Enlisted in 1864 at Norristown, PA at the age of 17. WIA months later with a bullet wound to the shoulder at the Battle of Spottsylvania, VA 1864. Transfered to the Veteran Reserve Corps.

My ggg uncle. Enlisted at Norristown, PA 1861. Wounded severly in the hand at the Battle of Fredericksburg, VA 1862. Transfered to the Veteran Reserve Corps.

My ggg uncle. Enlisted at Norristown, PA 1861. Re-enlisted in 1864 at Blain's Crossroads TN. Promoted to Corporal. 1st Corporal by end of war. Closest he came to be being wounded was when a bullet passed through his trousers without hitting him. Veteran.

My gg Grandfather. Enlisted at Norristown, PA September 1861 and Re-Enlisted as Veteran Volunteer at Blain's Cross RD's TN 1864. Slightly wounded in foot by shrapnel at the Battle of Fredericksburg,VA 1862, same shell also wounded his brother Nathan Kolb in the hand.

On 4/25/1861 he mustered into 'C' Co. PA 11th Infantry He was Mustered Out on 7/31/1861 at Harrisburg, PA. Enlisted on 10/17/1861 as a Private. On 10/17/1861 he mustered into 'G' Co. PA 51st Infantry He died (date not stated) at Covington, KY.

Enlisted on 4/18/1861 as a Private. age 32 On 4/27/1861 he mustered into 'B' Co. OH 15th Infantry He was Mustered Out on 8/30/1861 at Columbus, OH This company fought at Battle at Cheat River, West Virginia on 29 June 1861 and a Battle on 30 June 1861. He entered as a Sergeant and was discharged as a Private. Mustered In 4 Nov 1861 as a Sergeant in 51st PA. Mustered Out 27 Jul 1865.

'James M. Kelly, of the Linn Rifles [Co. H] was buried on Roanoke Island, 27th March, having died of small-pox (of which six others of the Company are sick.) Mr. Kelly's age was about 23 years. He was the grandson of Col. John Kelly, of Revolutionary fame, son of the late Joseph Kelly, of Kelly Tp., son-in-law of Martin Hann of Lewisburg, [PA] where he enlisted.' Enlisted 15 October 1862. Lewis was wounded at the Battle of Weldon Railroad 19 Aug 1864. This is the same battle that his nephew, Jeremiah, was taken prisoner. He was on the 27th of July 1865, age 35. He was 5'8', of fair compexion, had grey eyes, and dark hair, and was a laborer. Mustered out on 27 July 1865 in Alexandria, VA He applied for pension #18011623 December 1872
