15th Vermont Infantry

C. Cornelius served as a Private in the Civil War, 15th Vermont Regiment, from October 22, 1862 to August 5, 1863, and received a state memorial at the time of his discharge. At some point he moved to Somerville, MA and then North Cambridge, MA where he was a street-car driver.

Lucius Thurston served as a Corporal in the Civil War, 15th Vermont Regiment, from October 22, 1862 to August 5, 1863. Following the war he was the captain of the state militia at least until 1892. He was a farmer in Barre, Vermont. He died August 8, 1918 in Barre, Vermont.

Enlisted as a Corporal on 8 September 1862. Enlisted in Company B, 15th Infantry Regiment Vermont on 22 Oct 1862. Promoted to Full Sergeant on 6 Dec 1862. Mustered Out Company B, 15th Infantry Regiment Vermont on 5 Aug 1863 at Brattleboro, VT.

Enlisted as a Wagoner on 15 September 1862. Mustered in Company D, 15th Infantry Regiment Vermont on 22 October 1862. Received a disability discharge on 12 March 1863.
