Priestly H. Cozart - Private
Have no information on this distant relative. The surname Cozart is one of the more common of the hundred or so variants of the original surname Cossart. Priestly H. is the same person as P. H. Cozart serving in Co. G, 45th GA Infantry. He served some 5 months and was discharged for 'disability.' There is another (sergeant) P. H. Cozart in Capt. Green's Co., Georgia Infantry, State Armory Guards. Is this Priestly, too? Would appreciate learning any information others may have on Priestly.
