Sergeant
Sergeant Charles G. Bergin enlisted with the Milwaukee Cavalry and his units members were later merged into the 5th Missouri (Union) Cavalry. He fought in the Battle of Pea Ridge and later received a medical discharge. He is buried at Forest Home Cemetery in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
